Pillow talk

We have had a pillow in Emmett's bed for some time now. He was getting ear infections a lot even with his crib mattress at an angle. The pillow helped remedy this. Now he doesn't have ear issues but he has become quite a mover. We put him in bed while he is awake so he puts himself to sleep and lately he has taken a while so he just slowly crawls around the crib and for some reason has been sleeping on top of his pillow.
