Baskets

Alestair has recently found it fun to take things out of baskets and play with the basket.

TEETH!

While Misty was here Alestair got his first tooth. About a week later he got his second tooth. He has three teeth now two on bottom and one on top. This was the first picture I could get of his new teeth

Moving Forward

Alestair has been a master of crawling backward since the 2nd week of Jan. but could not get the crawling forward. We thought he would skip this step and just to go walking since he would get so frusterated and just pull himself up on something or roll his way forward. However on Jan 26th he began crawling forward. It is not in the video as you are expecting because it happened just before I got the video going. In the video Robert is trying to help his son continue crawling forward.

Rocking Chair

Robert refinished a rocking chair for Alestair and I. He did a really nice job. It is very old and was given to us by a friend who had it in storage for 30 years or so. We really like it! Thanks Robert!

A New Friend

Alestair found a new friend in the mirror. At least he thinks its a new friend. He will sit in front of the mirror for the longest time and just talk to himself and wait and try to go through the mirror. Its really cute to watch.

Goodbye Aunt Misty and Chris Ben AKA Charles!

Aunt Misty left a beautiful card for Alestair thanking him for letting her stay for a few days. He really enjoyed reading it as he does most things that are like books.

last day with Misty

Misty and her friend Charles refused to believe that San Diego was really as awesome as I raved. Yet they still decided to let me take them there. This is us at Balboa Park. We got to see part of the photography museam and a san diego museam and the flower museam. it was a lot of fun. There was also a strange little man standing on people and a magic man. We didnt get to do everything since we got there a little late, but we did enough that Charles now says that he is going to live there. :)
