Anabel

We got a new dog named Anabel or Belle for short.
She is a 4yr old Beagle. Alestair loves her and fequently shares treats and sippy cups (or tries to).
She gets watched while she eats as Alestair is facinated with how she does it. He tried to eat her food and used to tip her water but has since decided that it is better to feed her piece by piece. Which he grabs like he would a piece of cereal and feeds it to her. He gets frusterated with Anabel when she does not take the food from him but takes it from the dish. She has now decided to let him feed her. It is pretty cute.

Boy Cousins

Nathaniel and Alestiar...Alestair LOVED to sit with Nathaniel. Nathaniel could get him to eat better than anyone. Alestair would look for Nathaniel when he went to school...no doubt looking for someone who would let him touch a key board :)
Taylor and Alestair...I was told that the baby wrap made him look like a girl but it was very cute :) and the safest way for him to go on a little bike ride with Alestair. Alestair enjoyed this very much!
Joshua and Alestair...We went to the park with Joshua a few times. It was nice to have someone show Alestair how to slide and such. They had a great time playing with Joshua's cars as well :)

Sweet Sleep

Alestair decided our bed was better than his bed. He slept like a log on our bed; as soon as you put him in his he would be awake with one word.

Mother's Day 2009

For my first Mother's Day with a baby I decided that I wanted continue a tradition and go to the Lilac Gardens in Woodland, WA. It smelled wonderful, the day was wonderful, the people were wonderful...It was wonderful!
We took Robert's mom and brother with us as well.
Alestair loved the flowers (and trying to eat them) and being able to run (with assistance).
We bought two potable lilac bushes for both of the grandmothers.

Car Seat

Alestair decided that since his car seat was out of the car he would take the time to figure out how it worked. With his bum in the air and lots of concentration, he did not figure out anything more than where the buckles buckled into. This was very good.

Baby Bunnies!

Uncle Eric found some baby bunnies that were orphaned. Aunt Stacy took them in and invited us to come see them. I thought they were sooo cute but Alestair didnt really seem interested. I don't think he likes rabbits much; he tried to push them away. Uncle Eric had to help.
